Assessments & reports: A quote for all Occupational therapy assessments and detailed reports can be provided on request.
Occupational therapy intervention:
$193.99 (60 minutes)
$145 (45 minutes)
$95 (30 minutes)
Provider Travel
Currently we provide all Occupational therapy services as home/community visits only.
A quote for provider travel will be provider as this is calculated based off the distance a client is from our offices.
Telehealth
Some services are available via telehealth dependent on the appropriateness of a specific assessment or intervention being delivered by this method. If you would prefer your services be carried out by telehealth please discuss with at time of referral.
Funding Options
National Disability Insurance Scheme (Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living) – The Abundance Project is a registered NDIS provider.
Private health insurance – Please contact your private health insurance provider directly to discuss whether your extra cover will support occupational therapy services.
Cancellation fees
All clients will be receiving an reminder of their appointment via text message 2 days prior to their scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will make every effort to be as flexible with rescheduling of appointments as possible however in some situations short notice cancellation fees may apply.
Upon commencing services with The Abundance Project you will be provided with a copy of our cancellation policy for your records.
Referrals
We accept referrals directly from clients and their supports (parent, support coordinator etc).
